Just a few months after the relentless bombings in Belgrade, in the year 1999, my husband and I decided to escape the chaos by going camping near the city. The area was a rare sanctuary of untouched nature—trees swaying gently, lush grass underfoot, and the crisp, clean air filling our lungs. It was a peaceful retreat amidst turbulent times. But that sense of calm shattered in an instant. I awoke to an empty campsite—my husband had vanished without a trace. Panic set in as I realized I had to find him. I clung to hope, praying he was unharmed. That hope became my only fuel. As I began my desperate search through the wilderness, I suddenly encountered him—yet it wasn’t quite as I remembered. Standing before me was Siren Head, a terrifying, elongated figure with sinister features. Was this creature the product of some secret military experiment? Or a grotesque mutation born of unknown forces? I knew I had no choice but to confront it. I had to fight, to kill this monstrous entity if I wanted to save my husband—and myself.
